The design my day package would suit those brides and grooms who may not feel 100% confident in styling and designing their day and finding the perfect placement for furniture and décor to compliment their venue and surroundings. Perfect for those DIY'ers who want a professional, flowing and stylish wedding without necessarily having to pay a stylist on the day. This package includes the following and can be tailored to suit individual needs.
• Styling and design plans for ceremony and reception areas using furniture, décor and props.
• Guest, bridal and specialty table design (this includes bar, gift and present tables etc.)
• Site plans
• Booking and confirming hire items and suppliers revolving around styling your day (e.g. glasses, cutlery, vases, table
centerpieces, chairs, furniture etc.)
• Sourcing and design of stationary and signage if necessary (e.g. menu’s, place cards, bonbonnieres etc.)
• You will receive your plans and detailed outlines of EVERYTHING in PDF form which can be used on the day by whomever, a
friend, the venue coordinator, a family member, anyone! Our plans are outlined and presented in a user friendly and fool proof
manner making them easy to follow and execute.

ON THE DAY STYLIST
This package involves the physical styling of your big day. It is great for those who are a little more confident with the planning and designing of their reception and ceremony spaces but may like to have a stylist and designer to come in on the day to execute the setup of décor and furniture according to your provided site and styling plans. We will ensure that everything is where it should be and ready for when you say I do, This package includes the following and can also be altered to suit your individual needs and wants.
• A consultation prior to your wedding day to determine the items of furniture, décor and props that have been selected or hired
from suppliers (by you) and the plans and placement of these items according to your site and styling plans.
• Setting up of décor, props and furniture on the day following our consultation and your plans.
• This package can include everything from the setting up of cutlery and name cards to the setting up of your florals!

Perfect for anyone who is wanting to eliminate the added stress of styling their wedding whilst also trying to plan it. This package includes the following and can be adapted to suit your exact requirements.
• Styling and design plans for ceremony and reception areas using previously furniture, décor and props.
• Guest, bridal and specialty table design (this includes bar, gift and present tables etc.) • Styling designs around props and
placement of items on tables
• Booking and confirming hire items and suppliers revolving around styling your day (e.g. glasses, cutlery, vases, table
centerpieces, chairs, furniture etc.)
* Creation of a vendor and supplier bump in/out schedule
* Liaising with all vendors and venue personnel in the lead up to and on the day of your wedding
• Sourcing and design of stationary and signage if necessary (e.g. menu’s, place cards, bonbonnieres etc.)
